Refund policy
Tessa Rand Jewelry does not accept refunds or order cancellations. However, if there is an issue with your piece—such as a defect or the need for repair—we're happy to assist.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at redsolar20@hotmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong piece. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
All pieces are covered under warranty for any manufacturing defects. We will repair those issues free of charge.
We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging. Please note that custom or personalized pieces are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
To begin the exchange process, please email us at redsolar20@hotmail.com. Once approved, return items must be shipped to 383 King Rd, Gibsons British Columbia V0N 1V5, Canada with insurance and tracking, at the sender’s expense. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm whether the exchange has been approved. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
